Digital Domain is looking to open up a school in Florida to "train" students in the VFX industry. No problems there. However, DD is looking to harness those students hard earned tutition dollars by allowing them to work on their movies. So in essence DD will have employees paying them to work on their movie. This is a deplorable practice anywhere on the globe (because it does happen elsewhere). It seems that it's now time for American artists to realize what's been going on elsewhere, because the problem is now at your front door step.
